What does agile work mean in the context of Coachulting?
The goal of agile, living organisations is to adapt more quickly to market and customer needs. The energy transition needs new business models and they need a significant culture change in the working environment of the energy market. Agile methods are good tools. However, they do not unfold their potential without the necessary freedom, real communication skills in the team and the appropriate mindset of personal responsibility, self-organisation and the desire to learn and develop.
Our understanding of working agile:
- It is about attitude and only secondarily about frameworks and tools.

Open workshop versus in-house workshop – you decide!
From experience, the transformation is only particularly successful if everyone in the team has a common understanding of the fundamentals and the goals of agile attitude and methods. Therefore, we recommend the workshop primarily in-house. It is less expensive than attending open seminars for as few as four people. The additional advantages for you are obvious:
